[Abhishek Pegada] Fabwelt is a ground-breaking concept that integrates blockchain technology into the heart of high-quality games of all types and genres. With in-game NFTs, Play to Earn, and DEFI, we create a high-end gaming ecosystem and enhance the fun. A multi-genre gaming ecosystem that includes genres such as 3D First Person Shooter, Action-Adventure, Simulation, Strategy, Fantasy, and many others. In-game NFTs as assets, collectibles, and strategic utilities resurrect the fun of Blockchain gaming.
[Abhishek Pegada] We incorporate all of our games into a never-before-seen digital reality. This is referred to as the Gamingverse. We provide the technology to have never-ending fun with features like Universal NFTs, digital cross-game identification, and multi-tiered tournaments, which are powered by gamers.
[SurferInvestor] Could you please introduce the founding team? What is their background and what makes them the right team to run Fabwelt?
[Abhishek Pegada] My name is Abhishek Pegada. I am a retired research engineer with blockchain expertise. I act as a generalist in the project and game designer for the projects Fanwelt and H2O.
[Abhishek Pegada] The team is led by Loet de Hooge, Founder, and Powerhouse of Fabwelt Studios. Having several years of experience in blockchain technology and game development. Loet de Hooge is the lead for the record-breaking game Arsenal, the first 3D FPS game on the blockchain.
[Abhishek Pegada] COO Praveen Gujjari is the project lead for Fanwelt. Digital solutions expert coupled with project management skills makes him the core of Fabwelt Studios.
[Abhishek Pegada] Together as a team, we share the same ideology, ethics, and manners. Diverse thinking, implementation of ideas, and dedicated work make the core team a strong unit to run the project with focused vision.
[SurferInvestor] How did the idea of Fabwelt come to life?
[Abhishek Pegada] It’s a funny story. It all began due to a rug pull (A rug pull is a crypto scam in which fraudsters lie to the public to attract funding and quickly run off with investors’ digital tokens). The founder of Fabwelt (Loet) was helping victims who lost money during the rug pull by a project. I was into the project as well and found this help group. I met Loet and the rest is history. We had great ideas and thus the idea of Fabwelt studios was cemented.
[SurferInvestor] Which game is the most popular right now that Fabwelt developed/partnered with?
[Abhishek Pegada] Undoubtedly Arsenal. Arsenal gained a lot of fame among web3 lovers. Since it is made for gamers and by gamers. Arsenal helped Fabwelt achieve many things from being the best gaming project on the Polygon ecosystem to community voting Arsenal as the top 10 best blockchain game of 2022.
[SurferInvestor] The ARSENAL game really looks like tier-A gaming. There are only 8 team members on the website. Do you outsource game development?
[Abhishek Pegada] No. Arsenal was developed in-house. Fabwelt studios have not mentioned the entire development team on the website. There is a dedicated set of developers, modelers, graphic artists, and project managers for every game the studio develops.
[SurferInvestor] There is a WELT token in circulation, without giving any financial advice, could you please tell us what are the main use cases of the WELT token?
[Abhishek Pegada] WELT is the main utility token for Fabwelt Gaming ecosystem.
It is a source or currency to be used in every game developed and deployed on the chain.
[Abhishek Pegada] The token plays a vital role in staking, where gamers can earn more with staking WELT on our DeFi platform. More about the WELT Token on our Gitbook.
[Abhishek Pegada] WELT is the currency needed to get access to the Fabwelt marketplace. All Fabwelt gaming NFTs could be bought with the same.
[Abhishek Pegada] Moreover, the token is needed to participate in the daily tournaments within Fabwelt games.

[Abhishek Pegada] About 25.
[SurferInvestor] In an ideal world, how would Fabwelt look in 5 years?
[Abhishek Pegada] We can imagine Fabwelt will be a grown, mature gaming ecosystem with many games live and a wide audience experiencing while improving their lives in many ways.
